MELINEX® CORE2 is a two-side heat sealable, opaque white polyester film which is ideal in specialty card laminate applications. This film can be heat sealed to itself and other polyesters, as well as a variety of substrates including some grades of paper, PVC, and Teslin®. The film is supplied with heat seal surfaces modified to prevent air entrapment during lamination. The heat seal co-polyester layer will accept UV curable off-set litho and screen printing inks. MELINEX® CORE2 film is available in 600 and 1210 gauge.
